Steering Wheel & Horn Pad: Installation

  1. Coat steering wheel slip ring contact surfaces with dielectric grease. Align reference marks made during removal. Install steering wheel and retaining nut on shaft.
  2. Tighten retaining nut to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS. Connect horn switch wire connectors. Install horn button/center pad assembly to steering wheel.
