Tracker (Gauge Reads "H" At All Times)

  1. Disconnect coolant temperature sending unit connector. If gauge reads "C", replace coolant temperature sending unit. If gauge reads "H", disconnect 10-pin instrument panel cluster assembly connector. Connect an ohmmeter between connector terminal No. 1 and ground.
  2. If resistance is infinite, check instrument panel cluster printed circuit for cracks or poor connections. If resistance is less than infinite, repair short to ground in Yellow/White wire.
