Storm (Gauge Reads "C" At All Times)
- Disconnect coolant temperature sender connector. Connect a fused jumper wire between sender terminal to ground. If gauge indicates "H", replace coolant temperature sender.
- If gauge indicates "C", leave jumper wire attached and disconnect 8-pin instrument panel cluster connector. Connect an ohmmeter between connector terminal No. 1 and ground.
- If resistance is more than .7 ohm, repair open circuit in Yellow/Black wire between instrument panel cluster and coolant temperature sender. If resistance is less than .7 ohm, check instrument panel cluster printed circuit for cracks and poor connections. If printed circuit is okay, replace gauge.
