Piston Rings

Ensure ring end gap and side clearance are within specification. See PISTONS, PINS & RINGS table under ENGINE SPECIFICATIONS at end of article. Position piston ring gaps 90 degrees apart. Ensure ring end gaps are not aligned. Ensure ring gaps do not align with piston pin.
