Removal (Prizm & Tracker)

Remove steering wheel. See STEERING WHEEL & HORN PAD  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Remove upper and lower steering column covers. See Figure or Figure . Remove lower dash panel trim cover. Locate and disconnect combination switch (headlight/dimmer/turn signal/wiper) harness connectors behind dash panel, near steering column. Remove combination switch-to-ignition switch/column lock housing screws. Remove combination switch and harness assembly from column. See Figure .
