Prizm & Prizm GSI (Cable Adjustment)

Fully depress accelerator pedal. Ensure throttle valve opens fully. If valve does not open fully, adjust accelerator linkage. Fully depress accelerator pedal. Loosen throttle cable adjusting nuts. See Fig 1.
Adjust cable housing so distance between end of boot and inner cable stopper or painted mark is 0-.04" (0-1.0 mm). Tighten adjusting nuts. Recheck adjustment.
