Clearing Fault Codes
- Once repairs have been performed, fault codes must be cleared from ATCM memory. With ignition off, remove 10-amp DOME fuse from engine compartment fuse box for 10 seconds to clear memory in ATCM.
- Engine compartment fuse box is located in front corner of engine compartment on driver's side. Fuse may need to be removed for more than 10 seconds in cold ambient temperatures. Reinstall fuse.
NOTE:
Fault codes may also be cleared by disconnecting negative battery cable but memory for electronic components will also be canceled.
