History Code 33, Steering Diode Shorted In Arming Sensor: Description

At TURN-ON, DERM monitors voltage at 36VLR output (terminal No. A2) before this output begins to change. If diode in arming sensor connected to IGNITION 1 is shorted, IGNITION 1 voltage will be present at 36VLR output (terminal No. A2) as soon as ignition is turned on. If DERM detects this ignition voltage (+/-2 volts) 3 ignition cycles in a row, history Code 33 will be set.
