Removal & Installation (Metro)
- Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove 4 retaining screws from instrument cluster outer switch panel. Disconnect headlight/hazard and wiper/washer switch connectors. Remove both cluster hood and cluster switch panel as an assembly.
- Remove 6 retaining screws from inside cluster hood and separate cluster hood from cluster switch panel. Remove 4 instrument cluster/speedometer housing mounting screws. Disconnect electrical connectors and speedometer cable from rear of instrument cluster. Unsnap instrument cluster lens bezel and remove along with window retainer plate. To install instrument cluster, reverse removal procedure. See Fig 1
