Removal & Installation (Prizm GSi)

Raise and support vehicle. Remove wheel. Remove caliper guide pin bolts. Hold inside pad while removing caliper from knuckle. Using wire, support caliper from frame. Remove outside pad, pad clips and springs. See Figure.
To install, reverse removal procedure. Coat slide bushings with silicone grease. Tighten caliper guide pin bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS table at end of article.
