Prizm GSi

  1. Apply brake pedal several times to activate automatic adjuster. Pull parking brake lever up fully and count number of notches lever travels. Adjustment is okay if lever clicks 5-8 notches.
  2. If parking brake cable adjustment is required, remove console box. Loosen jam nut, and adjust parking brake cable. Tighten jam nut, and repeat step 1). After adjustment, check for brake drag with parking brake off.
