Front Intermittent Wiper Relay Circuit: Metro

  1. Remove 4 retaining screws from instrument cluster hood/switches panel. Pull cluster hood outward enough to locate and disconnect wiper/washer switch harness connector. Push wiper switch to intermittent (INT) position.
  2. Apply 12 volts to Yellow/Blue wire terminal of wiper switch connector and connect Black wire terminal to ground. Refer to Fig 1 . Intermittent relay should make an operating sound if working properly. If no sound is heard, replace intermittent relay that is mounted to wiper switch assembly.
