Hazard Flasher: Storm

  1. Ensure fuse C-20 and flasher unit are okay. Flasher is located in interior junction/fuse block. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove left instrument switches panel, cigarette lighter panel, and hood release panel.
  2. Remove lap air deflector. Remove instrument panel/knee pad assembly. Disconnect combination switch harness 16-terminal connector near steering column. See Figure .
  3. Push hazard switch to ON position. Check for continuity between switch connector terminals No. 12 (Green/Orange wire) and No. 6 (Brown output wire). If continuity is not present, replace combination switch assembly.
