Disabling SIR System (Storm)

Ensure ignition switch is off. Disconnect and shield negative battery cable. Remove 2 SIR fuses (C-22 and C-23) from bottom of fuse block on left kick panel. Disconnect Orange 3-wire connector behind lower instrument trim panel, near base of steering column. Wait at least 10 minutes after disconnecting fuses before proceeding with repairs.
