Activating SIR System (Storm)

Reconnect Orange 3-wire connector near base of steering column. Install SIR fuses. Reconnect negative battery cable. Turn ignition switch on. Ensure INFLATABLE RESTRAINT light, in lower left instrument panel, flashes 7-9 times and then goes out.
