Prism, Prism GSi, Storm & Storm GSi

  1. Brake pedal height is measured from face of brake pedal pad to asphalt sheet under carpet. See Figure. To adjust pedal height, loosen stoplight switch and lock nut on brake pedal push rod.
  2. Turn brake pedal push rod until specified pedal height is obtained. On Prizm and Prizm GSi, distance should be 5.5-5.9" (139-149 mm). On Storm and Storm GSi, distance should be 6.2" (157 mm).
  3. On all models, after adjusting pedal height, tighten lock nut on brake pedal push rod. Adjust stoplight switch. See STOPLIGHT SWITCH ADJUSTMENT . Tighten stoplight switch lock nut.
