Front Disc Brake Caliper: Reassembly

To reassemble, reverse disassembly procedure. Lubricate piston seal, piston and caliper bore with brake fluid. On Metro, install dust boot with 3 grooved side facing outward. Position piston in caliper so it protrudes .4" (10 mm) out of cylinder end. On all models, install dust boot seal ring. See Fig 1 through Fig 4 .
