Disc Brake Rotor & Hub (Metro): Installation

1. Temporarily install rotor on hub with spacer correctly positioned on hub. Rotate hub while using a plastic hammer to drive hub in until center protrudes evenly. See Fig 1.

2. Using Wheel Hub Installer (J 34856) and Handle (J 7079-2), drive hub and rotor assembly on drive axle until dimension "A" is reached. See Fig 2.
3. Install and tighten bolts attaching hub to rotor. Install hub castle nut and cotter pin. Install pads and caliper. Tighten caliper mounting bolts to specification.
