Front Disc Brake Caliper Overhaul: Reassembly

To reassemble, reverse disassembly procedure. Lubricate piston seal and cylinder with brake fluid. On Metro, install boot with 3 grooved side facing outward and position piston in caliper so that it protrudes .040" (1.00 mm) out of cylinder end. On all models, install dust boot seal ring. See Fig 1.
