Cylinder Head: Inspection

- Check head gasket mating surface for warpage. Maximum allowable warpage of cylinder head is .002" (.05 mm). If specifications are exceeded, correct surface or replace cylinder head.
- Measure flatness of intake and exhaust manifold mating surfaces. Maximum allowable warpage is .004" (.10 mm). If specifications are exceeded, correct surface or replace cylinder head.
