35R Clutch Control Solenoid Valve (35R/C_VFS): Installation
CAUTION:
- Note the value (A) carefully and check the value again before assembly.
- Inputting an invalid value may cause the abnormal shifting shock while TCM learning.
- To install, reverse the removal procedures.
- Inject automatic transmission fluid.
Refer to Hydraulic system - "FLUID ")
- Clear the diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) using the diagnostic tool.CAUTION:
- Even though disconnecting the battery negative terminal, the DTCs will not be cleared. So, be sure to clear the DTCs using the diagnostic tool.
- Reset the automatic transmission adaptive values using the diagnostic tool.
- Input the oil pressure characteristics using the diagnostic tool.
- Select 'Oil-pressure Characteristics Input (Solenoid Valve Replacement)' in the S/W Management.
- Select the replaced solenoid valve.
- Check the code marked on the solenoid valve.CAUTION: (Check the code at first before replacement)
- If the code is inputted 2 times correctly, the procedure is completed.
- Select 'Oil-pressure Characteristics Input (Solenoid Valve Replacement)' in the S/W Management.
- In order to prevent start delay and gear shift shock during acceleration and start, perform TCM learning after replacing the transmission, TCM, and solenoid valve.
(Refer to Automatic Transmission Control System - "ADJUSTMENT ")
CAUTION:
- After inspecting and replacing the oil level, make sure to remove all the transmission oil in the outside of the automatic transmission (In particular, remove the residual transmission oil between the transmission case and oil pan) sure to remove the transmission oil of the automatic transmission's outside.
