Curtain Airbag (CAB) Module: Removal
- Disconnect the battery negative terminal.CAUTION:
- After disconnecting the cables, wait at least 3 minutes.
- Remove the roof trim.
(Refer to Body - "ROOF TRIM ASSEMBLY ")
- Disconnect the connector (A) from the curtain Airbag module.
- Remove the curtain airbag module (A) after loosening the bolts and nuts.
Tightening torque:
Bolt: 7.8 - 11.8 N.m (0.8 - 1.2 kgf.m, 5.8 - 8.7 lb-ft)
Nut: 3.9 - 5.9 N.m (0.4 - 0.6 kgf.m, 2.9 - 4.4 lb-ft)
