Removal And Installation

Disconnect the battery negative terminal from the trunk room.
Remove the engine room under cover.
(Refer to Engine and Transmission Assembly - "ENGINE ROOM UNDER COVER ")
Drain the engine oil.
(Refer to Lubrication System - "ENGINE OIL ")
Disconnect the oil pressure & temperature sensor connector (A).

Remove the oil pressure & temperature sensor (A).
Tightening torque:

14.7 - 21.6 N.m (1.5 - 2.2 kgf.m, 10.8 - 15.9 lb.ft)

Install in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE:
- When installing the oil pressure & temperature sensor, apply SEAL LOCK on the threads.
  Specification : TB2403
  
  Thickness : 0.2 - 0.4 mm (0.00787 - 0.01575 in.)
