Tightening torque:
9.8 - 11.8 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.7 lb.ft)
- Remove the intake manifold (A) with the low pressure delivery pipe.
Tightening torque:

2nd step: 26.5 - 31.4 N.m (2.7 - 3.2 kgf.m, 19.5 - 23.1 lb.ft)
NOTE:- When installing, replace with a new gasket.
- Remove the low pressure delivery pipe.
(Refer to Engine Control/Fuel System - "DELIVERY PIPE ")
- Install in the reverse order of removal.NOTE:
- When installing the intake manifold, tighten the bolts with pre-torque first, and then tighten the bolts with specified torque in the sequence shown.
- 1st step (A ~ H): 3.9 - 5.9 N.m (0.4 - 0.6 kgf.m, 2.9 - 4.3 lb.ft)
- 2nd step (1 ~ 8): 26.5 - 31.4 N.m (2.7 - 3.2 kgf.m, 19.5 - 23.1 lb.ft)
3rd step: Repeat 2nd step twice or more.
- When assembling the intake manifold mounting bolts, be careful not to damage the MPI wiring.
