Water cooled intercooler coolant reservoir tank

Disconnect the water cooled intercooler outlet hose and then drain the water cooled intercooler coolant.
Refer to Cooling System - "WATER COOLED INTERCOOLER COOLANT ")
Loosen the drain plug and drain the engine coolant.
(Refer to Cooling System - "COOLANT ")
Disconnect the water cooled intercooler over flow hose (A).

Disconnect the water cooled intercooler reservoir tank hose A (A).

Disconnect the radiator upper hose (A).

Disconnect the water cooled intercooler reservoir tank hose B (A).

Remove the water cooled intercooler coolant reservoir tank (A).
Tightening torque:

7.8 - 11.7 N.m (0.8 - 1.2 kgf.m, 5.7 - 8.6 Ib.ft)

Install in the reverse order of removal.
Fill the engine coolant.
(Refer to Cooling System - "COOLANT ")
NOTE:
- The engine coolant must be injected according to the integrated thermal management module (ITM) coolant filling method.
Fill the water cooled intercooler coolant.
(Refer to Cooling System - "WATER COOLED INTERCOOLER COOLANT ")
NOTE:
- The water cooled intercooler coolant must be injected according to the electric water pump (EWP) coolant filling method.
