Removal And Installation

Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) cable.
Open the fuel filler door.
Disconnect the fuel filler cap (A).

Remove the rear wheel guard [LH].
(Refer to Body (Interior and Exteriors) - "REAR WHEEL GUARD ")
Disconnect the fuel filler hose (A).

Disconnect the vapor hose quick-connector (A).

Disconnect the vent hose quick-connector (A).
Disconnect the vapor hose quick-connector (B).

Remove the filler-neck assembly, after removing the bracket mounting nuts (A).
Tightening torque:

9.8 - 11.8 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.7 lb-ft)

Install in the reverse order of removal.
