Oil Pan: Removal

  1. Remove the water cooled intercooler.

    (Refer to Intake And Exhaust System - "WATER COOLED INTERCOOLER ")

  2. Remove the front drive shaft.

    (Refer to Driveshaft and axle - "FRONT DRIVESHAFT ")

  3. Remove the Front Differential Carrier (4WD)

    (Refer to Driveshaft and Axle - "FRONT DIFFERENTIAL ASSEMBLY ")

  4. Remove the oil filter & cooler assembly.

    (Refer to Lubrication System - "OIL FILTER & COOLER ASSEMBLY ")

  5. Remove the transmission lower mounting bolts (A).

  6. Remove the oil pan (A).

    NOTE:
    • When removing the lower oil pan, use the SST (09215-3C000) in order not to damage the surface between the upper oil pan and lower crank case.
    • Do not turn over the SST abruptly without tapping. It may be result in damage of the SST
