The ECU of the Electronic-Limited-Slip Differential (E-LSD) controls the transmitted torque to the rear wheel by compressing the multi-plate clutch with hydraulic pressure generated by rotating the hydraulic motor (actuator) mounted on the E-LSD. The torque transmitted to the rear wheel is changed depending on the compressive degree of multi-plate clutch according to the hydraulic pressure volume.
