Rear Brake Caliper: Installation
- Install in the reverse order of removal.NOTE:
- Be careful not to tilt the piston when inserting the piston.
- Press the piston by rotating it clockwise.
- After filling the brake reservoir with brake fluid, bleed the brake system.
(Refer to Brake System - "BRAKE BLEEDING PROCEDURES ")
- After installing the rear caliper, perform "Brake Pad Replacement Mode" using the self-diagnosis.
(Refer to Parking Brake System - "ADJUSTMENT ")
- Apply the parking brake several times and check for normal operation.
- Check for spilled brake oil and quickly clean to prevent surface damage.
- Check if the parking brake is operating normally.
