Front Seat Cushion Cover: Replacement
CAUTION:
- When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
- Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
- Remove the front seat shield outer cover.
(Refer to Front Seat - "FRONT SEAT SHIELD OUTER COVER ")
- Remove the front seat shield inner cover.
Refer to Front Seat - "FRONT SEAT SHIELD INNER COVER ")
- Separate the center airbag connector (A) and center side airbag connector (B).
- Separate the front seat lower protector (A).
- Disconnect the connectors (A).
- Remove the front seat back board (A).NOTE:
- Grasp the both lower sides of back board with hands and then remove it in the direction of the arrow.
- Be careful not to damage the fixing clips.
- Disconnect the ergo motion connector (A) and tube (B).
- Loosen the mounting bolts and separate the front seat back frame and front seat cushion frame.
Tightening torque:
44.1 - 53.9 N.m (4.5 - 5.5 kgf.m, 32.5 - 39.8 - 50.6 lb-ft)

- Disconnect the seat blower connector (A).
- Remove the protector (A) from the front seat cushion frame and then remove the front seat cushion cover.

Information
- When removing the seat cushion from the front seat cushion frame, take care of damage to the tube (A) and remove it.
- After removing the Velcro tape (A) and tie-down clips (B) inside the front seat back cover, remove the seat cushion cover (C).CAUTION:
- Be careful not to deviate from the pads, insert wires, and aplix.
- To install, reverse removal procedure.

- Make sure that the connectors are connected completely
- Replace any damaged clips (or pin-type retainers).
