Hood Lift: Replacement

Information

When removing and installing the hood lifter, an assistant is necessary.
When removing the hood lifter, remove the lower part first and then the upper part.

Using a screwdriver, lift the socket clips (A) up slightly on both ends of the lifter and remove the hood lifter (B).

Push the socket of the lifter into the bracket for installation.

- Make sure the hood locks/unlocks and opens/closes properly.
