Front Bumper Beam Assembly: Replacement
CAUTION:
- When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
- Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
- Remove the front bumper assembly.
Refer to Front Bumper - "FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY ")
- Remove the active air flap (AAF).
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "ACTIVE AIR FLAP (AAF) ")
- Remove the ambient temperature sensor.
(Refer to Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning - "AMBIENT SENSOR ")
- Remove the front radar unit.
(Refer to Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) - "FRONT RADAR UNIT ")
- Loosen the mounting nuts and bolts, remove the front bumper beam (A).
- To install, reverse removal procedure.
