Inspection Guide 1

Turn the multi-function switch ON and monitor the lamp illumination.
In hardware malfunctioning, illuminate 2 low-beam module in upper side, regardless of multi-functional operation.
- Reset the power, if the module software malfunctions.
  (Trunk battery - Remover the battery terminal wire, and reconnect it.)

If the internal memory element in module is malfunctioning, turn off the lamp, regardless of multi-functional operation.

Corrective Measure

After replacing head lamp module (ILCU) LH, go to the "Verification of Vehicle Repair".

Things to do in "S/W management" during ILCU module replacement

If the hardware operates properly, the function that represents multi-functional operation result will illuminate.
- If the memory element malfunctions, replace the head lamp module (ILCU) LH and go to the "Verification of Vehicle Repair".
If the software operates properly, the function that represents multi-functional operation result will illuminate.
