DTC Setting Condition

Troubleshooting Condition Possible Cause
Main Action
  • Monitor the CAN messages
  1. Open/short in CAN communication circuit
  2. Faulty ACU (YRS) connector connection
  3. Faulty ACU
Prerequisite Condition
  • Engine is on (Receive signals from EMS for more than 3 seconds of engine running)
  • Battery Voltage is between 9V and 16V
  • Ignition has been on for over 3 seconds
  • CAN communication lines are normal
Threshold Value
  • In case not receive a normal message from ACU (YRS)
Diagnostic Time
  • 0.1 seconds
