Crash Pad Center Panel (LH)
CAUTION:
- When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
- Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
- Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces without marring the surface.
- Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
- Remove the floor console assembly.
(Refer to Floor Console - "FLOOR CONSOLE ASSEMBLY ")
- Remove the crash pad lower panel.
(Refer to Crash Pad - "CRASH PAD LOWER PANEL ")
- Remove the crash pad side cover [RH].
(Refer to Crash Pad - "CRASH PAD SIDE COVER ")
- Loosen the mounting screw, remove the crash pad center panel [RH] (A).
- Press the lock pin, separate the start button connector (A).
- Loosen the mounting screws and nut, remove the crash pad center panel garnish (A).
- Loosen the mounting screws and nut, remove the crash pad center panel [LH] (A).
- Separate the in-car sensor connector (A) and crash pad mood lamp connector (B).
- To install, reverse removal procedure.
Information
- Replace any damaged clips (or pin-type retainers).
- Make sure the connector are connected in properly.
