Removal & Installation: Removal

CAUTION:
  • Apply the protective tape to the tool when disassembling the components with the screwdriver or remover.
  • Use caution in keeping and handling during disassembling/assembling because it is easily contaminated with lubricant and oil.
  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the crash pad lower panel.

    (Refer to Body - "CRASH PAD LOWER PANEL ")

  3. Loosen the mounting screws and remove the crash pad garnish (A).

  4. Disconnect the mood lamp connector and then remove the crash pad garnish [LH].

  5. Remove the passenger crash pad side cover (A).

  6. Using a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, remove the crash pad garnish (A) after loosening the mounting screws.

  7. Using a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, remove the crash pad upper garnish (A).

  8. Remove the cluster fascia panel (A) after loosening the mounting screws.

  9. Remove the instrument cluster (A) after loosening the mounting screws.

  10. Disconnect the connector (A) and remove the instrument cluster.
