Front Seat Belt Pretensioner (BPT)

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the door scuff trim.

    (Refer to Body - "DOOR SCUFF TRIM ")

  3. Remove the center pillar trim.

    (Refer to Body - "CENTER PILLAR TRIM ")

  4. After loosening the front belt upper anchor mounting bolt, remove the front belt upper anchor (A).

  5. Loosen the mounting bolts (A, B), remove the front seat belt pretensioner.
