Troubleshooting Condition Possible Cause
Main Action
  • Monitor the CAN communication
  1. Open/Poor Connection both C-CAN High line and Low line
  2. Short-to-Battery both C-CAN High and Low line coincidentally
  3. Short-to-Ground both C-CAN High and Low line coincidentally
  4. Short between C-CAN High line and Low line
Prerequisite Condition
  • Power Voltage: Between 9V and 16V
  • C-CAN communication: Active

  • Impossible to send C-CAN message
