Check short to ground in harness

IG "OFF". Disconnect oil temperature & pressure sensor connector and ECM connector.
Measure resistance between control terminal of oil temperature & pressure sensor harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Infinite
Is the measured voltage within specification?
YES
- Go to "CHECK OPEN IN HARNESS " as follows.
NO
- Repair short to ground in harness. go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
