DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Comparison between actual and target oil pressure
  1. Oil pressure regulating valve open stuck
  2. Oil pressure regulating valve close stuck
  3. Oil pressure regulating valve
Enable Conditions
  • No disabling faults present
  • Engine Run-time is longer than 5 seconds
  • Current mode is equal to High pressure mode
  • Engine speed is faster than 3500 RPM
  • 3 seconds are passed after mode change
Threshold Value
  • The difference between actual and model oil pressure is greater than 100 kPa
Diagnosis Time
  • Continuous
MIL On Condition
  • No MIL On (DTC only)
