Check resistance of OCV

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. IG "OFF". Disconnect oil pump regulating valve connector.
  2. Measure resistance between power and signal terminals of oil pump regulating valve. (Component Side) Specification:  22.0 ~ 26.0 [20°C (68°F)]
  3. Is the measured resistance within specification?

    YES 

    • Go to next step as below.

    NO 

    • Substitute with a known - good oil pump regulating valve and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace oil pump regulating valve and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
