Test Condition for checking clogging of Vapor line

- Remove service hall cover for Canister underneath rear seat or trunk luggage floor
- Remove Vapor line coupler
- Connect GDS and select "PCSV" parameter on "current data".
- Start the engine.
- Check for vacuum or no vacuum through the coupler of vapor line in accordance with PCSV operating condition - Check the amount of vacuum, by hand, through the PCSV when PCSV is ON (Open)
- Is the vacuum condition of the vapor line normal?
YES
- Generation of vacuum and no vacuum is smooth in accordance with PCSV operation Full amount of vacuum flow during PCSV Open.
- Perform troubleshooting procedure with referring to P442
NO
- Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
- Generation of vacuum and no vacuum is smooth in accordance with PCSV operation Full amount of vacuum flow during PCSV Open.
