- Battery voltage is between 10V and 16V
- Canister Load is less than 0.5
- Ambient Temperature is greater than -8.25°C (17.15°F)
- Fuel level is less than 85%

- Battery voltage is between 10V and 16V
- Canister Load is less than 0.5
- Ambient Temperature is greater than -8.25°C (17.15°F)
- Engine Coolant Temperature is greater than 40°C (104°F)
- Fuel level is less than 85%
- Time elapse in case of refueling identification is greater than 200 seconds
- Barometric pressure (BARO) decrease is greater than 20 hPa within 300 seconds
- Fuel slosh is not detected
- Fuel level signal variation is less than 8%
