DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Hardware check
  1. Open or Short in Control circuit
  2. Poor connection or damaged harness
  3. Faulty ETC Motor
Enable Conditions
  • Battery voltage is greater than 9V
  • Ignition switch is "ON" condition
Threshold Value
  • Over heat, open circuit, short circuit (to ground or battery)
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous
MIL On Condition
  • 1 driving cycle
