DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor the fuel pressure sensor's signal
  1. Poor Connection
  2. Poor connection or leakage of fuel line
  3. Open stuck of over pressure relief valve (OPV)
  4. Fuel pressure sensor
Enable Conditions
  • Target fuel pressure is between 250 kPa and 600 kPa
  • Engine Running
  • Battery voltage is higher than 10V
Threshold Value
  • The deviation between target and actual fuel pressure is higher than 100 kPa (14.5 psi)
Diagnosis Time
  • 10 sec.
MIL On Condition
  • No MIL On (DTC only)
