Open circuit check

IG "OFF". Disconnect the oil pump solenoid valve and ECM connector.
Measure the resistance of control harness between oil pump solenoid valve harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Infinite
Is the measured resistance within specification?
YES
- Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Repair short to ground in power harness. go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
