The resistance of oil pressure regulating valve Check

IG "OFF". Disconnect the oil pump solenoid valve harness connector.
Measure resistance between power and control terminals of oil pump solenoid valve connector. (Component side)
Specification: 22.0 ~ 26.0 Ω (20°C/68°F)
Is the measured resistance within specification?
YES
- Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor's connector, go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Substitute with a known - good oil pump solenoid valve and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace oil pump solenoid valve and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
