Check short to battery in harness

- IG "OFF". Disconnect PCSV connector.
- IG "ON".
- Measure voltage between control terminal of PCSV harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Approx. 2.7 V
- Is the measured voltage within specification?
YES
- Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Repair short to battery in harness. go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
