Check short to battery in harness

- IG "OFF". Disconnect CMPS (B1-Exhaust) connector.
- IG "ON".
- Measure voltage between signal terminal of CMPS (B1-Exhaust) harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Approx. 5V
- Is the measured voltage within specification?
YES
- Go to "CHECK SHORT IN HARNESS " as follows.
NO
- Go to "CHECK OPEN IN HARNESS " as follows.
