Check short in harness

  1. Turn off the ignition switch.
  2. Disconnect CMPS (B2) connector.
  3. Measure resistance between signal terminal and power terminal of CMPS (B2-Intake) harness connector.

    Specification:  Infinite

  4. Is the measured resistance within specification?

    YES 

    • Go to "Check short circuit to ground Inspection" procedure.

    NO
